The agreement

By using AoTwin you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you’re allowed to.

Your account

Keep access to your email safe, because sign-in links go there. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what you connect to it and who you invite.

Your code and content

Your code, tickets and content stay yours. You give us permission to use them only as needed to run AoTwin and do the work you ask for, including through the providers on the security page. Connect only what you have the right to connect.

The work AoTwin does

AoTwin uses AI and it can make mistakes. Your engineers must review each change before it goes live, and you’re responsible for what you approve and release. Changes AoTwin makes for you are yours to use, as far as the law allows.

Acceptable use

Don’t use AoTwin to break the law, to harm others or their systems, to get around its limits or safeguards, or to resell it without our agreement. Don’t connect health data or other data the security page says AoTwin isn’t for.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel or switch from the Plan page; the change takes effect at the next renewal. Stripe takes the payments. If you think a charge is wrong, write to aous@aotwin.io.

Ending your use

You can stop using AoTwin at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

No guarantees

We build AoTwin carefully and fix problems fast, but it’s provided as is. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will reach a particular business result.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date on this page and email account admins before the change applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, where Aous Labs LLC is registered.
