AoTwin

Privacy policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, who handles it, and how to get it changed or deleted.

Who we are

AoTwin is run by Aous Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. For anything on this page, write to aous@aotwin.io.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, work email, workspace and role.
  • What your team puts in AoTwin: tickets, comments, attachments and Slack reports from channels you connect.
  • Your code: AoTwin reads the repositories you connect to do the tickets you assign to it. The security page covers this in detail.
  • Billing: your plan and payment history. Stripe holds your card details.
  • The contact form: your name, email and message, sent to us by email.
  • Technical data: IP addresses and logs, used to limit abuse and fix problems.

Why we use it

To run AoTwin, do the work you assign, send the email the product needs, bill you, answer you and keep the service safe. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Cookies

AoTwin uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and small cookies to remember your theme and layout choices. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who handles it

Anthropic, Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, Google and an email delivery provider handle data for us, and Atlassian, Linear and Slack do if you connect them. The security page says what each one does. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and your team’s content: until you ask us to close the account.
  • Backups: 35 days.
  • Sign-in sessions: 90 days at most, and they end after 30 days without use.
  • Job records at Anthropic: until deleted, as the security page explains.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to aous@aotwin.io and we’ll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

AoTwin is a tool for work. It isn’t meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date on this page and email account admins.
