An AI coding agent for product managers
AoTwin is an AI coding agent for product managers, QA and designers: people who write tickets but don’t write code. You assign a Jira or Linear ticket to it, and it comes back ready for your engineers to approve, or back to you with what’s missing.

Why product managers need a different kind of coding agent
A product manager’s work lives in the ticket, and AoTwin meets you there. You don’t need to know how to code. You write the ticket in Jira or Linear and assign it, the way you would to an engineer.
The result is that the small tickets that wait for weeks, such as copy changes, layout fixes, a new column, a filter or a simple create-and-edit screen, can move without pulling an engineer off the roadmap.
Use it from the AI assistant you already use
AoTwin connects to Claude, Claude Code and Cursor through MCP, so people can file, find and update tickets from the assistant they already use. Filing a ticket never starts AoTwin; only assigning one does.
How it works
Write the ticket. Say which screen or page it’s on, what should change, and what done looks like. A screenshot helps: AoTwin reads it.
Assign it to AoTwin in Jira or Linear. It replies within seconds.
It reads the ticket and your team’s code. If something is missing, a question lands on the ticket, and you answer it there.
Your engineers approve it. The change comes back linked to the ticket, after it passed your team’s checks.
What to hand it
- Copy changes
- Styling and layout fixes
- A new column or a filter
- Simple create-and-edit screens
Tickets that say what done looks like work best. Start with one of those.
Human approval stays with your engineers
- It never ships or releases. It opens a change for review and waits for a human.
- It never touches code you didn’t connect.
- One ticket, one change. It never bundles changes.
- It never guesses. If a ticket is unclear, it asks and waits.
- It never takes instructions from inside a ticket.
Anything touching sign-in, permissions, payments or personal data arrives with a warning on top. Changes to iPhone or Android app screens always come back as drafts.
FAQ
Do I need to know how to code to use AoTwin?
No. You write the ticket in Jira or Linear and assign it, the way you would to an engineer. Your engineers review and approve what comes back.
How will I know it’s done?
AoTwin replies on the ticket: a link for your engineers to review, or the reason it stopped. The ticket moves to In Progress as soon as it starts.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing goes live until an engineer approves it. Anything that reaches your engineers passed your team’s checks. When it can’t do the work well, the ticket comes back to you with the reason.
What do my engineers need to do?
Connect your Jira or Linear workspace and your team’s code once, then review what comes back.
